I've been reading so much lately- but the good news is that it finally has me out of my writer's block.
Anyways, this isn't going to be too long of a post tonight. I didn't have any intentions of updating every single day when I returned to BraveJournal so that is why it has been a few days since I've posted a blog entry.
Next week, I start a diet. It's a detox diet to cleanse all the icky toxins out of my system from years of sugar and unhealthy foods. I'm hoping it'll reduce my ear infections along with strengthen my metabolism. I have hypothyroidism, so my metabolism is pretty crappy and I gain weight extremely easy. I know how to maintain it where it's at right now.. but I want to lose about 15 pounds and get back in shape. Maybe I'll start jogging daily again. I don't see the harm there.. with the exception that its a hundred degrees outside on a daily basis here at the moment. My doctor has told me though that it could help improve my muscle weakness and joint pains from the Fibromyalgia.
There's only one problem I find with this diet. No Dr. Pepper *cries* I'm going to go crazy... and likely will go into a major bitch-mode before its through. haha.
